Coffee saves from stroke and cardiac failure

Almost every day there is news that coffee reduces the risk of developing different diseases. Investigators all over the world convince us of the benefits of a regular use of this invigorating beverage, enforcing their arguments with the results of many-year research. The recent discovery of professionals from a Medical School at the University of Colorado has shown that a cup of coffee a week helps to reduce the risk of stroke and cardiac failure.

Scientists observed 2750 participants during their experiment, analyzing their diets and heart conditions. Each cup of coffee drunk by them during the week reduced the risk of developing the stroke by 7% and the cardiac failure – by 8%. It is still not clear how coffee affects the risk of developing these diseases. In any case, however, there is another reason to enjoy a cup of fresh Porto Rosso.
