Avid coffee lovers should take note of a recent study of British scientists. Specialists of the Bath University found out that the coffee flavor and aroma can be improved in very simple manner. All you need is to keep it cold and grind not waiting until the beans warm up. Experiments showed that if they are kept at the temperature of -22 °C and below for some time, the beverage will have more intense flavor and aroma. It also became known that coffee taste is considerably affected by uniformity of grind. For optimal results, the particles should be fine and uniform.
