Vegetarian Coffee

You would like delicious coffee with milk, but you stick to a vegetarian diet? And even in this case ingenious Italians have a suitable recipe. Though the ingredients are not the simplest, but it is quite real to find them. Try an experiment.

Mix 2 tablespoons of tahini paste and liquid honey until smooth. Grease the bottom of a transparent glass with the mixture, and lay the rest into the glass. Then whisk 150 ml of soy milk and pour into a glass. Brew a portion of espresso from Porto Rosso Espresso and pour into the centre of the glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve. Your guests must appreciate the original flavour of the beverage.
