Ingredients to prepare the Viennese Coffee
4 cups of strong coffee
120 grams of dark chocolate
4 tablespoons of whipped cream (or whipped cream spray)
Sugar to sweeten
Prepare a coffee
Melt the chopped dark chocolate in a saucepan. Prepare 4 cups and put some melted chocolate in each. Pour coffee into the cups. Sweeten a little sugar and then mix the melted chocolate with coffee. Spray whipped cream into each cup. Dust with cocoa powder and cinnamon. As a dessert, serve puff pastry with apricot jam for coffee.
