That is what the coffee in Italy really is. In 2015, it was confirmed by the results of opinion poll held by the research center of Astra Ricerche. Most coffee lovers are men who live in the north-west of the country (in the regions of Piedmont and Lombardy).
In addition, the study showed that 96.5% of Italian citizens aged between 18 and 65 prefer coffee drinks. Moreover, 36% of them are the entry-level consumers. They are content to 1–2 cups of coffee a day. 36% of Italians are at the middle level who have 2–3 cups a day of the invigorating drink. The number of those who truly love coffee, reaches 27%. They needs to drink at least three cups of coffee per day.
