It would seem there is no simpler way to brew coffee. However, it has some tricks too. Just think about the selection of a proper jezve: if it made of copper, coffee will have a better taste. Copper has a high thermal conductivity, which allows for heating the coffee evenly without boiling it which worsens the taste.

Then, you can’t do without a good coffee grinder, since the finest grind is required. What else goes without saying is high-quality filtered water. So, take a spoon for stirring and start the coffee brewing ritual.

First, grind 8 grams of coffee per one serving and put it in jezve to make a layer of even thickness. If you prefer not very strong coffee, add sugar and spices – for example, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, or nutmeg.
Then fill your jezve with water to the level where it narrows. Heat the coffee on medium heat until it rises. Remove from heat, wait for 20 seconds and repeat twice more. The beverage is ready.
Follow these tips, and your coffee will be thick, rich, and especially delicious.
