Jelly is one of the most healthy desserts. You can make it with freshly brewed Porto Rosso coffee, and it will taste better than usual. We offer you a recipe for approximately five serving pieces.
Divide 40 grams of gelatin into two equal portions. One portion should be soaked in a glass of milk and left for 15–20 minutes until swelling. Then make three cups of coffee from Porto Rosso Ristretto. Pour the coffee into a small saucepan and add the milk with the gelatin. Boil over a slow fire, stirring constantly, until the gelatin will be dissolved. Take it off the fire until boiling, pour it in a mold and put in the fridge. As soon as the first layer of jelly hardens, you can make the second one.
Soak the second portion of gelatin in the same way as the first one. Then heat 500 ml of milk in a small saucepan, add a pinch of vanilla and some honey according to your taste. Pour the portion of swollen gelatin into the heated milk and stir until completely dissolved. Whisk it using mixer until it becomes foamy. Fill the mold with a second layer of jelly and serve.
