Despite the conservative attitude to the culture of coffee drinking, Italians do not ignore the fashion trends in this area. Cafes where you can drink coffee among real owls already exist in several countries. Short time ago, such a cafe appeared in the Italian Palazzolo sull’Oglio. Owl Cafe offers the visitors good coffee and dishes from organic products, as well as birds of prey as a warm-harted company. It is allowed to photograph an eagle-owl, two barn-owls and an owl. But only without a flash in order not to scare them. The owners took all safety measures: they banned the loud conversations, feeding birds and touching them, and limited the number of visitors (no more than 10 at one time).
